We’re so glad to be sending something special your way.

At Dhi-May, we aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 3-5 business days. If your order includes items that are made-to-order or marked with longer timelines, those details will be noted on the product page.

Please note:

• We are a small team, and once your order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or combine it with another.
  
  

• Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel, but you’ll only be charged a single shipping fee.
  
  

Delivery Notes:
Orders are shipped without a signature requirement by default. If you prefer your parcel to require a signature, kindly mention it at checkout or email us at hello@dhi-may.com right after placing your order.

We’re unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been marked as delivered. We recommend choosing a secure delivery address and adding a signature requirement if needed.

Pre-Orders

Some of our pieces are available to pre-order before they’re ready to ship. These items will be clearly marked in the product description or at checkout.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will ship together once everything is ready, unless you request otherwise.

If there’s a change in the estimated ship date, we’ll notify you via email.

To request separate shipments for in-stock items, feel free to add a note at checkout or email us at hello@dhi-may.com after placing your order. Separate shipping may incur additional shipping charges.
