7. Returns & Store Credit

We accept eligible returns for store credit within 3 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping cost will be deducted from your credit. Learn more in our Return Policy.

 

 

8. Pre-Orders

Orders containing pre-order items will ship when all items are ready unless requested otherwise. Updated shipping timelines will be communicated via email. See Pre-Order Policy.
